OSB Masters was a US Masters swimming club that trained at the Triangle Aquatic Center from October 2007 until August, 2016. The TAC TITANS have started their own Masters program and our team is on an indefinite hiatus. About the club:
TITANS-OSB Masters is a chapter of North Carolina Masters Swimming. Masters is for swimmers 18 and over. We train at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, North Carolina. Our team launched in October, 2007, on the first Monday TAC was open for business.
Our team members include pool swimmers, triathletes, and open water swimmers looking to improve or maintain their swim performances while training with like-minded individuals in a relaxed, fun setting. We have several socials each year and many of our swimmers compete in triathlons, open water, and USMS meets.
A typical practice is 3,500 yards +/- 1,500 depending on the day and your ability. Our coaches are happy to give technique feedback and instruction as appropriate during sessions, but these are swim workouts, not technique classes.
