One Step Beyond (TITANS-OSB) Cary Masters Swimming

From 2007-2016, US Masters Swimming Club at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary. Our club disbanded at the end of August, 2016 and the facility launched their own program, the Titans Masters. Please visit their site for information.

About the club:
TITANS-OSB Masters is a chapter of North Carolina Masters Swimming. Masters is for swimmers 18 and over. We train at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, North Carolina. Our team launched in October, 2007, on the first Monday TAC was open for business.

Our team members include pool swimmers, triathletes, and open water swimmers looking to improve or maintain their swim performances while training with like-minded individuals in a relaxed, fun setting. We have several socials each year and many of our swimmers compete in triathlons, open water, and USMS meets.

A typical practice is 3,500 yards +/- 1,500 depending on the day and your ability. Our coaches are happy to give technique feedback and instruction as appropriate during sessions, but these are swim workouts, not technique classes.
