OSB Open Water Clinic - Wrightsville Beach NC - September 20 2009

Join OSB coaches Bri & Marty Gaal for a 3 hour open water swim training clinic on September 20 in Wrightsville Beach, NC. We will conduct the clinic near the Wrightsville Beach Pier at Salisbury Street.

Location:
Wrightsville Beach Pier at Salisbury Street, Wrightsville Beach, NC. We will have drinks and light snacks available during the clinic.

Itinerary:
815-830 - Meet and greet
830-900 - Open Water starts, turns, finishes
900-930 - Open Water sighting, drafting, and dealing with crowds or anxiety
930-1015 - Swimming - under supervision
1015-1100 - Lectures: Open Water racing and training for triathlon
1100 - Clinic ends

Cost:
$50 per athlete.

Current OSB athletes or Set Up Events racers receive a 10 percent discount. Maximum 30 athletes.

What is included: Your coaches and a CD of presented materials & articles.

What is not included: hotel stay, car, transport, etcetera.

Full refunds minus a 5% processing fee are available until 1 week prior to the clinic. After 9/14, no refunds are available.
