Goals:
To be an Ironman Florida Finisher! Pre-Marty Half Ironman finish 6:58, Post-Marty Half Ironman Finish 6:27. Next year, with Marty’s help, I want to finish the Gulf Coast Half Ironman in 6 hours.

Why Triathlons?
This is the only sport that has ever made me feel like I have really accomplished something when I cross the finish line . I have a great sense of pride after each race. It ' s not a race to win for me, its a race against myself and seeing how far I can push myself.

Why I chose OSB?
Well the obvious reason is because of Marty’s impressive Triathlon History. The not so obvious reason is the fact that Marty understands that most of us work full time and he can definitely relate to juggling work and working out. He knows how to work around my schedule without burning me out.
