Superstitions-Pre race rituals
Pre-race day, I work with a check list when I’m packing my gear. Please don’t ask me if I packed a specific item; if it’s crossed off the list and the bag is zipped. I freak out, can’t remember if I packed it, unpack everything and start over from the top of the list.
