OSB Camps and Clinics

One Step Beyond hosts challenging training camps around the Southeastern United States each year. In 2008 we hosted a five-day camp in Clearwater Beach, FL and will host a week long cycling focused camp in the Blue Ridge Mountains at Lake Logan, North Carolina. Our camps include swim, bike, and run training sessions; training lectures; individual form analyses; and other assorted goodies.

One Step Beyond also hosts several one-day Powerstroke triathlon / swim clincs throughout the year. Powerstroke is Coach Marty's method for teaching effective swimming strategy. Each clinic includes a detailed swim practice and several lectures on various aspects of multisport athletic training. Our next Powerstroke clinic will be held in Cary, North Carolina on June 28.

One Step Beyond is also available to host private camps and clinics. We can tailor the training and material to your specific needs and are flexible on cost.
