OSB Camps and Clinics

Powerstroke Freestyle Techinque Clinics:
We will host three Powerstroke® freestyle technique / triathlon swim clinics in Cary, North Carolina in 2012. Powerstroke® is our method for teaching effective swimming strategy. Each Powerstroke® clinic includes individual swim videotaping (above- and underwater), detailed swim practice, and technique drills session. March 17 - July 22 - October 27

Beginner Swim Clinics:
We will host three Beginner swim clinics in 2012 at the Triangle Aquatic Center in Cary, North Carolina. These are geared for very new swimmers that can cover a few lengths of the pool and are looking for basic level skills improvement. February 18 - May 19 - December 2

Open Water Swim Clinics:
We also have five Open Water swim training clinics planned around North Carolina in 2012. Each three hour open water clinic will provide you with all the skills & knowledge you need to handle just about any open water racing or training venue. April 21 - June 2 - July 8 - August 11 - September 16

The 8th annual OSB Winter Training Camp is coming up, February 28 thru March 4, 2012.

Our Summer Blue Ridge Mountains training camp, now in its third year, is limited to current and former OSB-coached athletes.

One Step Beyond is also available to host private camps and clinics. We can tailor the training and material to your specific needs and are flexible on cost.
