OSB Running Clinics

We currently have no running clinics scheduled. Check back soon!

Location:
We will contact all attendees with the exact location several days prior to the clinic.

Itinerary:
700 - 715 - Meet and greet
715 - 815 - Coached workout & individual filming
815-845 - Running drills & plyometrics explained
845-900 - post workout stretching routines
900-1000 - Lectures: Specific run training, and Run training for triathlon
10-1100 - Breakfast / brunch and informal discussion
1100 - clinic ends

Cost:
$55 per athlete.

Current OSB athletes receive a 10 percent discount. Maximum 30 athletes.

What is included: Your coaches, a CD of presented materials & articles, a DVD of your running form mailed post-event, and brunch.

What is not included: hotel stay, car, transport, etcetera.

Full refunds minus a 5% processing fee are available until 2 weeks prior to the clinic. After 7/4, no refunds are available.
